CONSULTANCY

We offer tailor-made solutions that are adapted to the needs of our customers in order to ensure success in all phases that involve the installation and operation of high-volume and latest-generation hospital equipment such accelerators or CTS.

In this process, our know-how, experience and engineering capacity play a key role, which we put into operation from the first inspection visit, to advise our clients prior to the relocation and installation phase.

TRANSFER AND SITUATION

It constitutes a critical phase to guarantee the success of the installation and involves, among other tasks:

Precise Unloading with a crane
Internal electromechanical transfer inside buildings
The reception and organization of packages.

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

It is the most executive phase where different phases come into play:

Previous installation and leveling of the machine base
Assembly and mechanical assembly of the different parts
Approximate isocenter +/- 2 mm
We also install complementary material (ray tubes) and technical repair service (gantry swing bearing)

CONNECTION AND START-UP

Thanks to a multidisciplinary, flexible, approved team of professionals trained by our clients, with experience in the sector and capable of adapting to the continuous changes and innovations of the latest generation of hospital equipment, we cover the:

Wiring installation
Machine connection
Location and interconnection of computers and monitors, cameras and bunker interior, and control room
Commissioning based on customer and requirements

DISASSEMBLY AND RECYCLING

Disassembly may be conditioned by different purposes. Either for its relocation in another center, or repair of a piece as a technical service, or for recycling where we take care of:

Disassembly of medical equipment for recycling
Identification of parts, and spectrometry
Radiation protection and control
Conditioning, transfer and waste management
Final report

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

METUL has a solid international experience, having developed projects in Europe, America and Africa. In Europe, most of the projects have been carried out in France, Portugal and Spain, including their islands, and occasionally in Italy.
